Collect your life history that causes strong feelings. Clear emotions and blockages. Care for your body with the right eating, exercise, and drink clean water.

The 6 M’s: Me, Meditate, Move, Music, Mantras, Mix

This is all about ME not others. Meditate frequently, Move, enjoy Music, it magically helps. Use your voice and use Mantras that vibrate your body. Mix with like-minded people.

The 6 A’s: Ask, Angels, Arcturians, Attitude, Adjust, All
